Of course there are restirictions but they're all pretty logical. Check them out: Integra Financial Services will provide a Good Faith Estimate of the closing costs and pre-paids. The estimate of the closing costs, excluding the pre-paids, is guaranteed to be exact. At closing, if the costs are higher than the estimate then Integra Financial Services agrees to reduce the closing costs to the amount shown on the original Good Faith Estimate. If the closing costs are less than the estimate then the borrower is given the lower cost. If the borrower makes material changes to the loan, loan program, loan size, discount or if circumstances beyond the control of Integra Financial Services require such material changes to be made then Integra Financial Services will provide the borrower with a new Good Faith Estimate that will replace all previous Good Faith Estimates and will be the standard to which the guarantee is applied. Our Technology Loan Finder- This is a tool that can help you learn about loan programs that may work for your specific situation. Answer a few simple questions and get a recommendation. The recommendation, however, is not the extent of our lending capabilities. We understand that there are multiple possibilities but we want you to have the ability to explore some of the more popular products. RateWatch- This is a tool for those of you who wish to watch for a certain rate. Once your desired rate has been achieved, you’ll automatically receive an e-mail letting you know the good news! Loan Status Login- Here you’ll be able to securely log into your personal account to check on the progress of your loan. Furthermore, you’ll automatically receive an e-mail letting you know when your loan status has changed. No more phone tag and no more being left in the dark!
